GTA: Vice City Stories
The city before Tommy.
Set in Vice City in 1984, this story centers on Victor Vance, a soldier drawn into the city’s criminal economy while trying to support his family.
Place in the series
It expands the earlier Vice City setting through a different perspective. Its story precedes Tommy’s arrival, while its release came after the original Vice City game.
